Please read these terms carefully before joining the Suraksha+ safety network. By using our technology, you accept our mission and operational terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Suraksha+ device, mobile app, and associated AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our services.
2. Emergency Services Disclaimer
Suraksha+ is a supplemental safety tool. While it is designed for maximum reliability, it is not a replacement for traditional 911 or emergency response systems. We cannot guarantee response times or actions taken by third-party emergency services.
3. Device Limitations
The effectiveness of Suraksha+ depends on cellular connectivity, battery levels, and GPS signal strength. You are responsible for ensuring your device is properly charged and that you are in an area with supported network coverage.
4. User Responsibility
You must use the SOS trigger only in genuine emergency situations. Intentional misuse or triggering false alarms through reckless behavior may result in service suspension and potential local legal consequences.
5. Subscription & Billing
Certain features, such as independent eSIM cellular connectivity and AI guardian assistance, may require an active subscription. Failure to maintain a paid subscription will limit your device's autonomous capabilities.
